The Work Incentives Connection is able to answer most benefit questions over the phone. When situations are complex and need extra attention, we send a Release of Information form to you, and speak directly to your benefits providers, with your permission.
Our phones are answered Mondays, Tuesday, Thursdays and Friday from 9 a.m. to 4 p.m. If you have to leave a voice mail message, your call will be returned as soon as possible on these days. Wednesday’s phone messages are returned on Thursday morning.
Walk-in appointments are not usually available, since staff are often on the road. We can schedule an appointment to meet with you in person, if necessary. Please call us, so we can determine the most effective way to serve you, and ensure that someone is available to meet with you. If you reach our voice mail, please leave a message. The Connection staff will return your phone call.
